A sensor manager is a central place in the app where you can connect your Bluetooth and ANT+ sensors to Locus Map and manage these connections. Locus Map supports a wide range of **BT4, BT3, ANT+ and USB sensors**.
===== How to add a sensor =====

* tap {{:manual:user_guide:tracks:add.png?nolink&30|}} in the manager and select the **type of sensor** - a GPS, a heart rate monitor, a bike radar...
* then **select the type of connection** - BT 4 or 3, ANT+ or USB
* Locus Map starts **searching** for the sensor and displays a **list of available devices**
* **pick your sensor** to add it to the manager. If it is [[..:..:faq:support_for_hrm_monitors|supported]], it connects immediately:\\ {{ :manual:user_guide:tools:sensors01.gif?nolink |}} This way you can connect **several sensors at once**:\\ {{ :manual:user_guide:tools:sensors03.jpg?nolink |}}
