Locus does not work after updating the device to Android 4.4.2

Question

I received the OTA (Over-the-air) update for my Samsung Galaxy Note 3/S4 to Android version 4.4.2. Since this update, Locus does not work correctly, or it does not start at all.

Answer

We are very sorry for this; Android 4.4.2 has a new feature that prevents Locus from operating correctly, if it is placed on an external SD card. This feature does not allow Locus application to have an access to the SD card. For this reason, Locus application cannot store your data on the external SD card properly.

This function should be corrected in the following OTA update. In the meantime, it is necessary to move the whole Locus into the internal memory of your mobile phone. For this transfer into the internal memory, please use one of the file managers that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store for free, or you can shift Locus in your desktop computer. When you move all the data into the internal memory, Locus shall operate correctly.
