Premium shows as inactive even though I'm subscribed

If Locus Map displays Premium as inactive but you have an active subscription, the cause is almost always related to which Locus account you're signed in with — or to the status of the subscription itself. Work through the points below to identify what's happening.

1. You're not signed in with your Locus account

Premium is tied to your Locus account, not to the device or the app itself. If you're using the app without being signed in (or you've been signed out), Premium features won't be available even though your subscription is valid.

What to do:

2. You're signed in with a different Locus account

If you have more than one Locus account, it's possible to be signed in with an account that isn't the one linked to your Premium subscription. In that case, the app works normally, but Premium stays inactive.

What to do:

3. Your Premium subscription has expired

If your subscription period has ended and didn't renew — for example, because the payment method failed or auto-renewal was turned off — Premium will switch to inactive.

What to do:

Still inactive?

If you've confirmed you're signed in with the correct account and your subscription is active but Premium still shows as inactive, please contact our support team and include the email address of your Locus account so we can check the subscription on our side.
