Settings

Locus Map LITE settings offer configuration of a few general parameters - units, LoPoint photos, map screen and automatic synchronization.

Units

Distance

Distance units can be set individually for various activities - default, walking and running, cycling, swimming, etc.

Speed

Speed units can be set as default and individually for water sports.

Other

Other units like elevation, altitude, energy and pace are set generally for all activities.

Photos

This setting contains a few controls for the upload of user photos to LoPoints:

Configuration of the synchronization with the web library and other devices.


Locus Account

What is it for?

It's necessary to have a Locus account if you want to use the following services:

Sign up

You can create a new account with Apple ID, Google, Facebook or your e-mail address:

Signing up with an authentication service is fast and simple, using a classic e-mail requires a bit more:

E-mail

If you choose this option, you're prompted to insert your e-mail address and use one of the two options:

User profile

When you are signed up and logged into your Locus account, your user profile name and e-mail address display on the main menu header:

Tapping the user name opens the user profile detail:

My Premium

This section indicates the status of your Premium subscription. When you don't have Premium subscribed there is a button to activate it. Here's what you can get:

Select your Premium plan:
You can unsubscribe at any time in your Apple account settings. Subscriptions purchased on Google Play or in the Android version of the app can only be canceled there.

My LoPoint photos

Your gallery of photos that you attach to LoPoints.

You can sort the photos by various criteria:

Tapping a thumbnail opens the detail of the photo. Here you can delete the photo.
