Is it possible to transfer my Premium subscription to another account?

No, it's not.

Google Play Store, unfortunately, does not enable us to transfer your Google Play purchases from one Google account to another. If it is inevitable to use a different Google account on your mobile device, the only way how to subscribe to Premium is to purchase it again with the other account.
